LilGrim1991 suggests
Idea 1: How about a “Virtual Fantasy” helmet place which has 3
or 4 of them? The visitors can choose one out of 5 or 6 different environments. For example, a Pikmin environment, a Tour
Around Mushroom Kingdom and best of all, a Metroid fist-person-view short-movie of how Samus defeats Mother Brain n-in Metroid!
1-and they’re all in 3-D!
Idea 2: There would be an area in the park where there are Life-sized statues
of all sorts of Nintendo characters. There would be Link, Zelda, Samus, Yoshi, Bowser, and many more-over 30 characters in
all-but there wouldn’t be a Life-sized Mario-There would be a Humongous Statue of Mario in the entrance welcoming people
and attracting others to the wonderful Worlds of Nintendo Theme Park
Idea 3: A place in the park where they would have an archive of the old Super
Mario, Captain N, and Zelda TV shows- giving information about them and having a store with Videos and DVDs of the episodes. (Ka-Ching!)
Suigi suggests
Wario’s Feedhouse: Appearances are deceiving, and although the Feedhouse
looks run-down and out of repairs (it is), the food they serve inside can whet even Wario’s appetite! Enjoy the W-Burger,
a massive 6 oz. patty on a toasted bun with the toppings YOU want, unless you want the Double-W-Burger (that’s 12 freaking
ounces of beef!). Perhaps you should grab one of Waluigi’s Endless Bucket-o-Fries (you can come back any time during
the day to get a refill!), and maybe a Kero Kero Cola to wash it all down (now in 16 flavours!). Of course, there are vegetarian
suggestions, too. Princess Shokora can be seen here eating a Stolen-From-Mario’s-Garden Salad.
DemonCry suggests
What about a glass triforce with the girls holding it on the side that would
be cool for zelda fans, thought of the idea b/c my bf loves Zelda

Shadow suggests:
What I think would be a good idea would be a Peach
n' Samus' beauty Salon, with Metroid shaped hair driers and a free Peach comb at the end. Also, a Metroid ride where
you strap on a laser tag suit that resembles the Power Suit (regular) with the gun slipped over your arm, and you go against
each other and the metroids. Another thing for the gift shop: Samus helmets, samus torso power suit parts, and
samus shoulder pads.

Jason V. suggests:
My parents
have decided to remodel the garden and I thought of something.
Mr. Resetti Lawn Gnome This 1 and a half foot tall
object looks like the trophy from Super Smash Bros. Melee without the dirt. Just place it on the ground(It has a spike
on the bottom so that it can stay put) Pile some real dirt round it and voila. It looks like Mr. Resetti has come to pay you
a visit.

Brandy Chandler suggests:
1st off you are very imaginative good ideas
there. My idea for a ride is based on Fire Emblem. You walk through a hall way lined with characters names pictures and weapons
they can use. When they get to the actual ride the fun begins. you step up onto a podium and lets say you thought Oswin was
cool and desided to give him a steel lance press a button to scroll to that character and weapon. Someone else on the opposite
side of you chooses someone off of the list the same way on screen you see the battle play out. If you win either you stay
and fight the other side of guests one by one or leave with a 2'' figure of that said character. There would be 10-20 of these
things lined up so there wouldn't be long lines.
Pokeking suggests:
Pokeking here, I have another idea, based
on a dream I had.
Animal Crossing Village- In essence, it'd be like what Animal Kingdom is to Disney Land.
ACV
is a resort where people can stay a night(or a few). It had a large giftshop known as Nookingtons. People can buy T-shirts
that are patterned after the shirts found in Animal Crossing. People can buy actual sized furniture patterned after the ones
found in the game. Visitors can also catch fish. All the locations found in the game (like the post office) are found
in the village and work just like they do in the game. You even ride a train into ACV.

Z12 suggests:
How
about onsite hotels in surrounding areas outside of the park but, within the resort. And how bout placing the resort in, instead
of the stereotypical California or Florida, be placed near the Texas Coast near a costal city that receives much tourist density.
I chose Texas because of size concerns...and good chunks of California and Florida are inhabited while large chunks of Texas
are uninhabited....so space wouldn't be an issue.
How
bout an onsite museum to reinforce The History of Nintendo ride...it would be actually the centerpeice of the park (more on
it later). It would be called (to remember a certain employee who died at early age) Gunpei Yokoi Memorial Nintendo Museum.
It would be filled with various exhibits of They're early days to the present of marketing ads (from every country they operate
in), products (from the delicate of cards to the sturdiest of systems to various merchandise), games (every version of them...not
playable at the exhibit), statues of characters (along with a discription of them), and much more with a database of every
game on a ginat super-computer database.
You
could also cater to non gamers through various clubs and golf courses on the resort. And offer pay-per-veiw movies and games
in the hotel rooms (the older the game the cheaper).
How bout an Arwing/Wolfen team battle thing...these
would be a roller coaster but, at certain points you can select a track that may go backwords and the 'shoots' and 'bombs'
are really infared signals that after so many shots an Arwing or Wolfen will return to the starting point and when all of
a paticluar team is gone they all return to the starting point...

Princess Peach suggests:
"Wow, you have the best idea ever. I always wanted
a theme park like that.I bet it will be bigger than disneyworld. I think maybe you should also have like a 3D movie with one
of mario's and luigis adventures or something and be fighting bowser so it would be kind of scary. Or maybe an aquarium
like the underwater levels in super mario world. Haha and maybe you could have princess peach lip gloss or something.
I just love your idea and you better start working because I want to go!!! Sounds so much fun."
Dan B. suggests:
"I think you should
have a Dreamland area of the theme park, you know, Kirby and the gang, there can be a Whispy Woods play area for the little
kids, a roller coaster called the "warpstar" with a coaster that looks like Kirby's warpstar, and the main attraction: "Kirby's
Fountain of Dreams" which is a log-flume ride, like Splash Mountain, which takes passengers through Kirby's mystical realm
of Dreamland, you see breath-taking animatronics of characters such as Kirby, Meta-Knight, King Dedede, and even a few of
Kirby's worst enemies, monsters! The story to the ride is how King Dedede tries to defeat kirby once and for all! And
at the end how you escape the slightly large animatronic King Dedede as he tries
to pummel you with his mallet, but with an effort to survive...You take a long drop down the Fountain of Dreams and back to
reality!"

Keir Cooke suggests:
"First, I think they should have an entire Eternal Darkness
themed world... In addition to the Roivas Mansion, it could have a ride based on the Cambodian Temple of Mantorok, which would
be perfect for a runaway Mine Train, and the Oublie (Sp?) Cathedral, which would make a good interactive ride with the
Black Guardian that lurks there. Also, I think a Wario Ware funhouse would be a good idea, full of fun activities
based on the minigames."

I'd like to thank Kelly and especially Brian from Florida for the
excellent Reader Submissions. Check them out!
Kelly says:
"U should also try to get Luigi's green hat with the 'L',
WaLuigi's purple hat with the upside down 'L', and wario's hat with the 'W', that would be a ULTIMATE collection"
Brian suggests:
"It would be one of those rides like the star wars one in
MGM, but this one would have you going inside a repleca of Samus' ship. The ride would have you take off in her ship and it
would have her hunting down Ridely or something on the lines of that."

Forrest has some great ideas, eventhough he's very upset that The
Gift Shop is a "Fraud". ;)
1.Bob-omb (from Mario) Make a ball flashing colors
especilly orange, black, and blue and put a string on it and make it have feet.
2.Replicas of coins (from Mario) metal coins painted
yellow
3.Stuffed Agahnim the dark wizard (from zelda
3)
4.Kirby Trophie (from Kirby's Adventure)
5. Kamek action figure (Yoshi's Island)

Thanks to VampricDreams for some great new park ideas. Keep
'em coming everyone:
I thought that these ideas might make a fair addition to the Hyrule
section:
Zoras Domain - An indoor area where there are stores and restaurants.
Similar to The Land at Epcot, except themed to Zoras Domain from the N64 game. Waterfalls and Zora statues are everywhere,
the entire place is lit in blueish-white light to enhance the experience. In the center is a pond, fed by the waterfalls,
where Princess Ruto stands watching over her land.
Lord Jabu-Jabu - A play area just outside of Zoras Domain. You enter
through the giant fish's mouth and find fountains, slides, and other standard fare. The lights are shaped like the anemone
enemies from the game.
Temple of Time - An information center where there are displays chronicling the history and
lore of the Zelda games. The triforce would be centered on the back wall and the master sword would be in the center of the
building. Possible displays include the Ocarina of Time, the three spirit stones, a koriki tunic, and the biggron sword. The
song of time would play softly as background music.

Alright, I have a great file for you all to download. It is
a park made using Roller Coaster Tycoon based on the ideas behind Worlds of Nintendo. You must have the Corkscrew Follies
expansion pack for this map to work. Thanks to Gabriel for the great work, enjoy!!

I don't know if I like all caps, but Logan Bush, "The 4 Bushes",
says:
THERE SHOULD BE MARIO COSTUMES.
IT WOULD BE COOL TO HAVE ENTERTAINERS DRESSED UP AS THE CHARACTERS. THERE
SHOULD BE A DONKEY KONG MINE RIDE.
PLUSH TOYS,MUGS,HATS T-SHIRTS,AND CANDY, FOR ITEMS.
YOU COULD PURCHASE NINTENDO GAMES TOO

Wow, I have been getting some really great feedback from fans of
the site, as well as lots of awesome ideas for the park. OnslaughtRM sent in a huge email, full of great ideas:
"First off, let me just say this is a wonderful idea. It's
so good, I'm surprised I didn't think of it. I have a ton of ideas:
All Worlds:
Cable
Cars and Transports: selfexplanatory
Tingle's Maps and Information: An information
booth in the shape of everyone least favorite elf wannabe.
Themed Bathrooms: Every theme park
has them. In Zebes, it could be Samus and Fox. In mushroom Kingdom, Mario and Peach. In Hyrule, Link and Zelda.
Game
Stations: Throughout the park there are various game stations. Nothing verylong, just something you can play
for a few minutes, mostly multiplayer things, but some sidescrolling or puzzles would work as well.
Game Boy
Advance Rentals: Each person who enters the park gets one GBA, one Link Cable, and any 2 games of their choice
to play whilewaiting on line. When you leave, you must either turn them back in, or pay the full price for them. You may also
bring your own, it would say on your ticket.
In Mushroom Kingdom:
Cranky Kong's
Classic Arcade: Similar to the SR-388 arcade, but this one specializes in old school arcade, Game and Watch,
and NES games. Of course, there are updated versions as well, and some crane games with some nice prizes. Of course, there
are some modern games as well, but mostly classic.
Bumper Karts: BumperCars in Karts: simple
enough
Mario Mini-Golf: A mini-golf course with a lot of small enemy-themed courses. Goomba,Koopas,
Lakitu's, Buzzy Beatles, Cheep-Cheeps, etc.
Mario Kart (expanded): You already have this idea,
but this is an expansion of it. There is a choice of 3 courses, Luigi Raceway, Mario Raceway, and Peach Raceway. Each Kart
is not on tracks, but does have riders along the edge so they can't get off the track. They're not very fast, so there is
no need to worry about crashing into each other. The best part: Each Kart has three buttons on it that correspond to
one of three weapons, shells, bananas, and lighting. Of course, they don't really exist, but they do the samethings.
Each Kart has Laser receivers all over the outside of it, and laser guns all around. Around each course, there are painted
lines on the tracks, and over these tracks there are lasers. When you pass them, you gain a random weapon. Green
shells fire off a laser straight ahead. Bananas fire a laser straight behind, and Lighting shoots lasers
all over. When one of these lasers hit another kart, it slows down greatly for a few seconds. With three different
courses, and people needed for maintenance, this would probably be a good idea as something separate from the main park. There
are two entrances: one through Mushroom Kingdom, and one outside. If you play through Mushroom Kingdom, you get a stamp
and it is free. If you enter outside without entering the park, you must pay a fee. (I know it's unreasonable,
but it's fantasy)
The Mario Brothers Pizza Place: A restaurant specializing in Pizza.
Yoshi's
Fruit Stand: A fruitbar, sells smoothies and fruit salad as well as many other things.
In Hyrule:
Moo-Moo Farm: A small
petting zoo located rightnext to the lost woods. Perhaps there are Epona rides.
Happy Mask Salesman's shop:
A shop that sells mostly masks. Buy your favorite masks from the Zelda games or you favorite Nintendo Characters
Masks.
In Zebes:
ROB's Training Room: 3 parts to this ride: -Combat
Simulation: a Qzar-likemultiplayer game of laser tag. 2 teamsfight against each other, one being starfox, the other,
starwolf Target Practice: Similar
to the Buzz Lightyear ride at DisneyWorld in Florida. You and another person are in a moving car. You eachh ave
a rotating turret laser gun. Asyou move, there are certain targets you need to shoot and the harder the targets, the
more points you get. At the end, you receive a certain score.
Flight Simulation: 20 people
per ride. Each have their own Arwing Shaped video game that they enter. Inside is a videoscreen, such as you would
see on a game on Starfox 64. You have a throttle, buttons for lasers, bombs, boost, slow, etc. You playthrough
a level, with 19 other arwings flying around. They each have numbers, so if a friend is in number 15, you know which
arwing he is. You must cooperate to defeat minibosses along the way and collect power-ups. At the end, all the
arwings switch to all-range mode and must fight against each other. The winner's arwing lights up at the end.
The
Game and Watch's Classic Gaming Diner: Specialty:breakfasts, Eggs with Sausages (of course). Lots of
specialty food names, like the Duck Hunt Pancakes
Now, the real addition: 3 new worlds
The Nintendo Game Center The main spindle of the park. After you enter the
park, you start off here. Around this place are many, many gamestations with most of the recent games. Around
are 3 large screens showing Multiplayer games such as Super Smash Brothers, Mario Kart, and Mario Tennis. The lines
will naturally be very long for these, but it would be worth the wait to show your amazing Multiplayer skills. This
is also where the lockers, primary bathrooms, primary information desk, and other important stations are located. Between
here and the entrance are a few basic shops that sell souveniers
The Nintendo Ferris Wheel:
Each Ferris Wheel car has a picture of a different Nintendo Mascot on it.
Pokeworld This is the
Pokemon section of the park. This section is a very happy and peacefulplace. The entire land is very ideallic
and happy. Here, you can visit Pokemon, Sugar Creatures, or the village of Onett.
Professor Oak's
Animal Show: Professor Oak is sorry he can't attend, but his assistant can come instead. This is a semi-educational
animal show. Professor Oak's assistant tells about different animals and how they are related to some of the kids favorite
Pokemon, (example, Porcupine and Sandshrew, Falcon and Pidgeot)They also do a variety of tricks. A large video
screen is behind the assistant so the kids can see Professor Oak once in a while.
World of Nintendo Pokemon
Gym: Here you may watch a 3-d movie ofa battle between Ash and Zack, the gym leader at this Gym. He uses
Legendary Pokemon, so you can expect quite a show. There are also some effects like bubbles, water showers, air gusts,
and some blasts of heat.
The Mind of Mewtwo: Tilt-a-whirl type of ride. The circle
spins faster and faster and moves at an angle.
The Warp Star: A smaller roller coaster, in this one,
you ride underneath the star, a hanging coaster. There are a lot of twists and turns on this one. Not as large,
but more thrilling.
King Dedede's Strength Challenge: Regular strength test: your goal: hit
the pink, Kirby-like bell with a metal gong using a mallet.
UFO Invasion: A pirate ship type
of ride. It swing back and forth. Around it are serene pictures of Onett.
Pop Star Sweets:
A candystore with some Kirby collectibles, their specialty: M-tomato Lollypops.
Ice Climber's Mountain Preserve:
An ice cream shop and air conditioned resting place.
The Villain's Dungeon: This world is dedicated
exclusively to the villains of the games. Bowser, Wario, Ganondorf, Ridley, Lord Nighmare, and Team Rocket are featured
here. Beware they don't take you under their power.
Final Battle: This takes place in
the main building, right above where Bowser's dungeon is. It plays twice a day and is approximately an hour long.
It is a combination of special effects, live-action performances, and a movie. It shows the final battle between all
of the heroes and all of the villains.
How to be a Villain: A comedic movie. Ganondorf,
Ridley, and Lord Nightmare thank the audience for attending and try to teach them how to be a good villain. Bowser,
Wario, and Team Rocket keep joking around however, and somehow manage to trick the other three away, leaving the 4 of them
by themselves to show what their version of good villains is. At a few times during the show, you may hit one of 3 colors
on a remote control. Whatever option that the majority of the Audience chose is the way the story will proceed.
Ridley's
Escape from Zebes: Movies show the part of the SNES game where Samus beat up Ridley, but after Samus leaves,
Ridley is still alive. After you board the car, you watch a small movie on the screen in front of you. A roller
coaster ride after that shows how Ridley escapes is next.
Meowth Balloon Drop: The classic parachute
drop but in the shape of the Meowth balloons.
Magic Training: Ganondorf starts showing you magicand
the room begins to spin. Classic Gravitron.
Wario's Woods: An enclosed area where Wario
has a few game stations and there is also a rest/recreation/shopping/eating area.
The Darkness:
Lord Nighmare sits here opposite the entrance and watches over people eating steaks, burgers, and other meals. The only
real restaurant in the area, it has some excellent food. Kirby has appeared near the entrance with the star rod, leaving
one side light, and one side dark.
I have a map, but it's not really good. So here's just a brief description
of what it would look like. Spindle is in the center. To the immediate left is the Mushroom Kingdom with the castle
exactly to your left along the outside. Going clockwise, you have Pokeworld, Villain's Dungeon (if you go straight instead
of left), Zebes, and then Hyrule (if you went right instead of left) with Hyrule castle exaclty opposite Peach's castle.
Hope
you like my ideas. Enjoy."

The Pokeking Suggests:
-
A full sized Temple of Time that you can enter.
-
There could be a Clock Tower that resembles the one in Clock Town
in Majora's Mask.
-
Video Room-Would probably be in a general area. It'd show the
Super Mario Super Show Mario cartoons, plus the Zelda ones as well as the SMB and SMW cartoons. Perhaps the Pikachu shorts
seen before the Poke'mon movies.
-
In the gift shop, you said that there would be Mario hats, but what
if a kid likes Luigi, or Wario, or Waluigi more than the guy in red? Music CDs both foreign and domestic of current and past
games.
-
Hardware and software from Nintendo.
-
NES-style Zapper with sound and light effects.
-
Nintendo character bobble-heads(personally I don't like them, but
I know people that do).
October 1, 2002
This is the first submission I have recieved. It is a mock-up
of a possible park layout.
-
I like the flow of the park, but perhaps a Tram coupled with some
more walkways would facilitate access to all areas, and add more sites for visitors to see. Nevertheless, an excellent
job !
